2. What data we process

Contact form

When you use our contact form, we process the data you provide (name, e-mail address, topic, message) to answer your inquiry. The data is transmitted to us by e-mail and is not stored on the web server. We retain the correspondence for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry and any resulting business relationship.

Server log data

When you visit this website, the hosting provider may log technical access data (IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type). This data serves to ensure operation and security and is not merged with other data sources.

No cookies, no tracking

This website does not use analytics or marketing cookies and does not employ tracking services. Fonts are served locally from our server; no connections to third-party font services are established.

3. Disclosure to third parties

We disclose personal data only where necessary to provide our services (e.g. to our hosting provider and our e-mail delivery service for the contact form), where we are legally obliged to do so, or where you have consented.

4. Transfers abroad

Where service providers are located abroad (particularly in the USA), we transfer personal data only to countries with an adequate level of data protection as determined by the Swiss Federal Council, or with appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
