Data-rich EEG apps show curves without explaining them, wellness apps explain without showing the data. Mind Analyzer does both: contact per electrode, raw EEG from all four channels, delta to gamma band powers, spectrum and spectrogram, motion, and pulse and heart-rate variability from the optical sensor — with three plain states on top, Calm, Focus and Drifting, measured in standard deviations from your own baseline.
The meditation listens: birds when the mind is settled, rain that builds as it wanders. When you notice you drifted, tap the screen; the summary checks whether the signal moved before your taps and tunes the feedback to you.
On the Mac, a floating panel and the menu bar show when attention drifts while you work in other apps; on iPhone, a Live Activity does the same. Markers with coloured tags become activity spans, and Insights compares calm, focus, pulse and HRV across your tags.
All data stays on the device: the app has no network access, no account and no tracking SDKs. Recordings are saved as CSV in the widely used Muse community format in the Files app or the Documents folder, meditations as folders with raw data, a timeline and a summary.
