Apple Health's own export is one giant XML file: it can't be scheduled, tools can barely read it and it's far too big for an AI chat. Health Export Pro delivers exactly the data you need — 120+ health metrics, workouts with routes and heart rate, sleep phases, ECG, symptoms, medications and more — as JSON, CSV, Markdown or GPX, aggregated from minutes to years or as raw samples.
The built-in MCP server lets AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, VS Code or Codex query the data live, straight from the iPhone on the local network, optionally protected by an access token. The Mac companion in the menu bar serves the iCloud-synced data at any time, including over stdio for desktop AI apps. One purchase covers iPhone and Mac.
Automations send exports on a schedule to REST APIs and webhooks, Home Assistant (as sensors), MQTT brokers, iCloud Drive, Calendar and email. A source filter picks, per export, whether values come from the iPhone, the Apple Watch or third-party apps — no double-counted steps.
Widgets, Shortcuts and deep links round it off. Health data is read on the device and only leaves it when you export it or send it to a destination you set up yourself. No account, no tracking, no third-party SDKs.
